Representative projects we have worked on
-
ERP Risk Assessment Review
Ran a risk assessment process that looked at risks associated with the Unison Network ERP system. Build a risk register informed by the Unison risk framework and managed a series of tasks to make improvements that involved both internal staff and the vendor. Prepared and presented an overall report on the systems capabilities, areas for improvement and a perspective on the support model for the system.

Core banking upgrade projects
We successfully project-managed two critical deliverables: the bank's Mobile App and Loan Orchestration, integral parts of a comprehensive core banking platform upgrade. This complex project demanded strict adherence to tight deadlines, with stringent requirements for accuracy and uptime. Our scope encompassed functional changes, rigorous testing, dry runs, Go Live, and post-Go Live support.

Full ERP Implementation
This comprehensive ERP implementation spanned the entire lifecycle, starting from defining business requirements, issuing RFIs, selecting software, developing a business case, designing, configuring, integrating, migrating data, and rolling out across multiple locations in Australia and New Zealand. The legacy system, in place since 2000, necessitated significant adjustments in both business processes and culture, as the operating model underwent major changes. The solution now supports over 6000 staff members.

Online Sales Platform
This hardware and software sales and fulfillment solution transitioned from handling sales order processing as a back-office function performed by sales support staff to customer-driven online purchasing via shopping carts. Product catalogs are sourced from vendors, and supply orders are automatically routed to them through the platform. The majority of fulfillment transactions involve vendors drop-shipping directly to customers. Enhanced analytics and reporting were significant outcomes of this project.
-
Contractor Time Sheeting
After the design phase, the operating model transitioned from assigning costs via monthly vendor invoices to weekly time sheeting directly against assigned projects. This change has led to more timely availability of cost information and tighter controls over the contractor onboarding and offboarding processes.

SAP transition project
We successfully re-implemented SAP from a highly customized legacy instance to a vanilla setup. The structural separation of Chorus allowed for a comprehensive reassessment of requirements, ensuring alignment with future needs. This approach facilitated process simplification and enabled seamless extensions of functionalities, including billing.
